Which AI models do you use?

Claude and OpenAI models by default, through your own API account so you see the usage bill directly. Open-weight models are possible when data must stay in your own environment.

What does it cost to run after launch?

Model usage is typically a few dollars to a few hundred dollars a month depending on volume, billed by the model provider to you. Hosting on AWS or Azure is usually under $50 a month for small workloads.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The repository, the prompts and the infrastructure configuration are yours from day one.

Can you work with my existing software?

Most of the time. We integrate through official APIs for tools like HubSpot, Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack and Zendesk, and through webhooks or database access for internal systems.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Every agent ships with guardrails: confidence thresholds, a human review queue for uncertain cases, and logs of every action. We tune the thresholds together during testing.
